For graduates recruitment, we have implemented "Outstanding Graduates" 1357 training program, cultivated a large number of professional talents with positive roots and excellent competence, and created a team of management familiar with business and responsible in jobs. For four time-nodes of 1st year, 3rd year, 5th year, and 7th year, we set up different training goals, provide specific training, and assist in the growth of talents.
